Messages are re-send even if one exists

Summary

Sometimes, the bot will fail to update the message and send another one instead.

Steps to reproduce

Re-launch the bot until it happens.

What is the current bug behavior?

A new message is sent, leaving the old on there.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The message should be updated or an attempt of deleting it should be made.
